Delivery, refunds & perishables

We deliver in person within our delivery area. If nobody is home, we follow the instruction you chose at checkout.

Flowers and chocolates are perishable: please choose a delivery time when someone can receive them. Gifts left at the door at your request are your responsibility once delivered (we send a photo when we can).

If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@mayale.art and we will make it right - with a replacement, store credit or a refund.

Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until we start preparing them.
