We collect only what we need to prepare and deliver your gift: your name, email and phone, the recipient's name, phone and address, and your delivery instructions.

Card payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your card number - if you save a card, Square keeps it and we keep only its brand and last four digits.

We use your details to fulfil your order, to send you updates about it, and - only if you agreed - our newsletter and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time with the link in every email.

We never sell your information. Recipients' details are used only to deliver gifts, never for marketing.
